So where exactly do we access this thread? What is "sticky statis ? where does it go" Is the discussion over? I'm confused

I shoot an LWRC --SRT, gas piston system in 5.56. I also shoot a (SA) M1A-308. I wanted a real battle rifle so I bit the bullet and got the M1A, no regrets on either choice.
