Finally got the hidden nuts installed on the cheek riser so it is and the gun maybe finally finished. I am happy with the results of the cheek riser and the gun, in fact Love the gun. The only thing I might end up doing to finish it out is buy a Klinsky Target stock from Denny. But it shoot so well ...

Sorry Bullseye, it did not seem to do that when I loaded it. I would have understood completely if you would have removed it. But thanks for all the effort.

Current State of my CZ455 (Cheek Riser Boyds Stock)

here is the rifle in it's current state with my Caldwell rest and bag. The Riser is not quite finished yet still waiting on the hidden nuts to arrive. It does not look professionally done or factory done but it will work well and gets my eye inline with the scope. It's hard to get everything perfect...

Bearandoldman, those are some targets to be proud of. Mine are almost as good as yours. I can actually cover the holes with a dime. I thought about a rifle scope but I wanted a little more eye relief. I bought this Hi-Lux Chinese Pistol scope 2-7x32 because it had the closes eye relief of any pistol...

I finally have my Burris rings on my Buckmark 14". We'll I have had them on for several months now just waiting on some ammo to show up at the LGS. I you may or may not know, I first thought the gun was finished till I shot it. After shooting I could not adjust the scope enough to even get the bulle...

Eezox, or any other gun lube available at the time I wipe it down. Good thing about the SS you don't need to fuss with it much.

Thanks all for the comments, Bullseye I too thought it would have been nice to have had the ears but while it is cocked it's OK don't know with the scope on it yet. I hope I can mount the scope forward more so that I can grip it easy enough.

Buckmark Silhouette Ultimate Match 14"

I finally received my Browning Buckmark today (2-15-13). I have been looking at this gun for some time or I should say this model, but everything I saw was the 10" Silhouette. I was looking to buy a Buckmark this time through GunBroker.com to replace the very accurate S&W Model 41 that I got frustra...

Those are beautiful grips but would not do for me. I have smaller hands and like the Hogue grips the best, I have the Hogues on all my Ruger and could not be happier with any other grip.

It's all about personal preference, I to like the 1911 style mag release that's why my Mark II 10" has a mark III frame on it. I also do not care for the stiff magazine coming out (you have to pull the mag out by hand ) I like the mag to just fly out in my hand when released thats why I use the bush...

Bullseye, I was just talking about the Keyed internal lock. You are right if you don't do it correct you mess the spring up. I had no problem removing the spring at all intact as new. Thanks for the reply, I to wanted the spring intact incase I ever sold the gun I could put it back stock.
