Not a good idea to buy reloads unless from a source like Black Hills. Not legal for a private party to sell reloads. As far as supplies go, Good Luck!! I checked all the usual suspects today and nobody has much in the way of components. Small pistol primers (for the 38 & 9mm) are pretty much nonexis...

I have been shooting up a partial box of the "Expert HV" that I had in my newly aquired MKII 22-45. It cycles fine when the gun is clean but as it gets dirty the "failure to feed" malfunctions start to occur. Round starts into the chamber but the gun does not go into battery. I have not had this occ...

Thanks for the welcome. I already had a MKII Govt Target as well as a S&W model 41 but I couldn't pass that deal up. About 95% in the box with two mags. My first thought is, get one bigger then you think you need. Way bigger!! Liberty sells more than anybody and their's is a pretty good product. I have a Fort Knox and I am very happy with it. I would be happier if it were bigger.

Thanks for the responces. Turns out that Powder Valley now has some Fed small pistol primers so I don't have to go to the dark side. A friend of my hunting partner's son had the 22-45 and wanted to get rid of it. He said it jammed all the time and he needed money so he would sell it for a $100.00. T...

Substitute magnum primers for standard?

First post here!! Found this site while looking for the old MarkIII site. I just bought a clean MKII 22-45 for $100.00 and was looking for the latest info. My question concerns reloading 9mm for a couple of Glocks. I can't seem to find any standard small pistol primers anywhere and I have three or f...
