Some of the sights also had small arrows bot this Hunter does not show anything and can't find it in ...

You got the Mark II trigger. Any particular reason you chose that model over the Mark III version? Hopefully you are considering installing a pretravel screw on your trigger. R, Bullseye This was the trigger that fit the MK II/22/45. The MK III trigger is not listed for the 22/45 and the literature...

Which brand/style of target trigger did you order? Have you given the Clark pin and bushing kit any thought? R, Bullseye I ordered the VC2TT MkII Target Trigger which has been back ordered... I plan to get the Clark kit next and remove the "Magazine Disconnecter like you explained. Boomer, I plan o...

Joe, The regular iron sights for a Mark II/III will fit directly onto your Mark III when you get it. All the sight mounting holes/slots are identical between these models. R, Bullseye I'm thinking of changing the sights on the new 22/45 hunter. I'm not sure I like the Hi Vis Sight. I know I have to...

This may be off topic slightly, but in line with performance, it has always been my belief that physical conditioning and mental preparation are equally important. When I was at the top of my game, every spare minute went toward physical conditioning. Some of the things I concentrated on were; 1. I ...

Bullseye, Excellent coverage of the different methods of holding the sights. I have just one thought. I have always maintained that that the sight picture is the main thing and where you hold is secondary. If you maintain the necessary concentration on sight picture, and your focus remains constant,...

22/45 follow up
Well, I've had some time to work with the new gun and I think I will get use to it but I am very disappointed in the trigger pull. Out of the box it had a pull that was very heavy (I no longer have a trigger scale) and you needed a pair of sneakers to catch up to the creep  Upon closer examinat...

New Toy
This is my first post on this site so I hope that it turns out as expected. After almost 36 years of being away from competitive shooting a decided that I would like to at least get back into plinking. I brought home a New MK-III 22/45 hunter today. I like the way it feels since I spent most of my s...
