The best shooter in 22 is definitely my Mlll 6 7/8" fluted SS with VQ upgrades. This is hard to beat. As for which is my favorite to shoot, I'd have to say it depends on which day it is, or mood I'm in. Believe it or not, my diminutive looking Beretta Bobcat is fun to shoot. I can rapid shoot 7 rounds in about one second and pretty much keep the poa dead on. For me, that's stress relief at it's best. It is a well made bug, and has some neat features.

It would have to be my Browning Medalist, Challenger II, then my Buck Mark, Rugar Standard and Ruger Single Six in that order.

All are fun to shoot, but some are just sweeter than others.

Wow, another Bobcat fan. I really enjoy mine, and get tired of the flak I catch for being impressed with them. I only wish they made one total stainless, a la Ruger. Beretta is just not big on stainless steel.
* 2 Ruger Bearcat stainless, w/ EWK ejector housings & Wolff springs
* Ruger SP-101 .22LR, w/ Wolff springs
* 2 NAA Guardian .32ACP
* 3 Zastava M70 .32ACP
* S&W 15-22 Sport (.22LR AR)
* 2 Ruger SR22 .22LR pistols

Mine is my 1949 Ruger made the first day of production. It doesnt see much action but do have a Red Eagle Target that shoots like a dream and the trigger is better than the one on my mark 2 gov model

I've only got one, but I love my stock Model 41. I am thinking about chopping a 7" bbl to replace the 5.5, but there isn't a lot I'd change about it.

What length do you want to cut down the 7" barrel to for your model 41?

Hands down it's one of my pair of S&W model 41s. My next choice for a favorite .22 would be my S&W model 617, 10 shot, 8 3/8" bbl.
