Yeah, it's an accurate little rifle. Once I got the scope nice and fine tuned it was shooting less than 1/2" groups of 5 at 25 yrds consistantly (really just one hole so I know some were on top on one another).
I have the 99M1 manual and schematic but the schematic is fuzzy and really hard to read, so I'm kinda guessing sometimes.
I'll mess around with it a little while longer and see if I can figure out the problem, but if not will probably just sell or trade it for whatever I can get.
I'm anxious to get going with my new 10/22 DSP to see what I can do with it. ha!
