First one

Post by mark II » Tue Feb 07, 2012 11:09 pm

Got my first every 100 in a match Monday night. Indoor, 50 ft and with my 7in. S&W 41 with a U/D.
It was in my timed, shot five knew they felt good so I didn't scope them. Shot the next five and felt they were good also. Checked them in the scope, nice little group in the middle. Ended up with 276.
Have to work on my slow fire more.
Wanted to thank you guys for all the info that you share.
Thanks,
Mark II

Congratulations! The first bullseye 100, the golf hole in one or occasional birdie or par in my case. Things to remember. I have had 100's T&R. But only recently have I produced my first and only 200 TF. It was with my Advantage Arms conversion indoors at 50 feet. Still looking for my first 100 SF anywhere. Had maybe 10-12 99's SF total at 50' and 50yds. And I have been at this for over 40 years. So keep at it. We will get there eventually.

Once you've broken that barrier and achieve it there will be many more to come! Congratulations!

Mark,
I hope you had it autographed & dated.

I still have my first one shot in practice. After that I just keep the ones shot in matches.

Mark, Congrats on your first 100. The first one is always the hardest and will now get easier as you progress. As confidence grows you will get more and more.
