I use 3.0 gr. of bulls eye and a 158 gr. lwc in my 2" snubbie for practice. The groove in the bullet are lubed.

Welcome to the forum. Bullseye should be a good powder for a shoort barrel as it burns pretty fast. I shoot mostly my 50th Anniversary Blackhawk or my Marlin 1894 and preder the slower burning powders.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.
