MKII Hammer Bushing Question

Three of my MKIIs have about 1/16" or so of forward trigger movement before the small click and the sear/hammer is reset.

The 4th MKII resets when the trigger is almost fully forward.

They all have Volq sears and triggers, and the pre-travel adjustment is on the edge of not firing if I would adjust it more.

All other parts in all the guns are stock.
All the guns have great triggers with no malfunctions.

Would the Clark bushing change the geometry for a shorter reset? Or another disconnector?
Thanks in advance.

May help, just depends on how much play there is between the bushing/hammer/pin. I would check to make sure it's not rubbing on something. Disconnector bent putting it in a bind.....

Thanks Blue. Appears to be fine, with no rubbing going on. Will try and compare the play between the pin/bushing/hammer. Something in the geometry is making the reset further out from the back of the trigger guard. I might start swapping parts. It shoots fine, just has a different reset position from the other three. :?:
