NICS Unique ID ??

On the NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System) that the dealer calls in to clear your gun purchase you can apply for a Unique ID just for you this eliminates any waits or confusion.

Does anyone know how to apply for the ID?

I've Googled it and haven't found anything.
