Sportsman's Warehouse X 4 .22LRs

Post by ruger22 » Mon Sep 30, 2013 2:04 pm

Truck day, they actually had four choices of large box .22LR. Makes up for two weeks of none, I suppose? Looked like they only got three cases of each, but at least a choice:

525 round Remington GB, 500 round Thunderbolt, or 375 round CCI Tactical all $23.99. Had 400 round bricks of American Eagle for $24.99. I've never understood the choice of a 400 round brick, or the 38 grain bullets.

Still one bulk box limit, I bit my lip and got GBs instead of the Eagles. If Sportsman does like usual, the second truck this week will be at least a partial repeat of today's. Maybe another shot at the American Eagles.

* S&W 15-22 Sport (.22LR AR)
* 2 Ruger SR22 .22LR pistols

The AE is what I use for hunting. It' s some of the most accurate ammo I have ever shot.
