Well I guess this does qualify as new
Thanks to Bullseye who started this forum and all my friends, some that I have even done a face to face with The greener, Toy , Jaeger, Dances With Squirrels, Boomer, Recumbent, Arizona Hermit and whomever else whose name I can not remember at this time

I hoped to come out with some eloquent and intelligent statement of great importance, but all I can think of at this time is
Hot Damn I Did It

And for anyone that saw the pic of my cabin fever apple pie, it rally tasted better than it looked and it looked Grrrrrreat as the Bear would say

so, now are you gonna 'retire' from posting your opinion ?? :P

congratulations! only 999 to go to get to 2000!!
Quantity is more important than Quality, especially on the internet.

Keep Warm!! and keep 'em comin' ...

Toy, just name a subject and I will most likely have an opinion. Heard someone say one time that old man must be tough he don't care what anyone thinks, friend of mine told him, yes and he carries at least one gun at all times.

Stars

Other people have stars under their name in the upper left.

Wonder why you don't, do they go way after 1000 posts???????

The stars just have to be reprogrammed. I hadn't noticed that they disappeared. I also modified Len's title. :D

Yesterday I couldn't even spell Loquacious, and if I didn't have spell check I still couldn't.
Thanks to all my friends for making my brand of bull so popular. :D :D :D :D :) :)

Cabin fever is the cause of all of this, look's like Sunday it may get up to freezing and I can get a little range time in and calm myself down, instead of writing posts, cooking, cleaning and baking a fantastic apple pie. Too bad you can not send smell and taste by the internet or you could all have some, instead it's all mine and Ma's.

All in good fun. Congratulations my friend! A thousand posts, and I look forward to a thousand more. By that time, I'll have a new five dollar word for it. :D

I think that name is really fitting and correct in all ways. Some may call it the gift of gab or having kissed the Blarney Stone but in common language I guess I just BS well.
You did not use the proper spelling got Olde or maybe that wouold have been too many characters for that line.

I now pronounce you a "Postwhore"!

This is something we do on a motorcycle forum I'm on. It's all in good fun, over there I have 3700+ posts, but mine are usually crap.

Congrats!

I was able to squeeze in another "e" on old. But you better not earn any more letters or your title will infringe on your posting space.

As long as my head does not get bigger than my title or my good Stetson will not fit any more. Us old balding guys need a hat in the winter, so it;s either the Stetson or my Bavarian or Elf hat as some people refer to it. Came straight from the Black Forest when my oldest son worked near Stuttgart for close to 5 years..
