I have a Ruger Mark1 tapered barrel made in "76 and a S&W 42 for serious shooting with a short and long barrel each with red dots here in Jersey. I also a a Mark II bull barrel in Vegas. Would you believe I put aside another bull barrel MarkII here locally. I love em.

I put in a Volquortzen hammer in several years ago and found my trigger pull reduced from 6 1/2 pounds to 2 1/2 pounds. Turned the rifle into a real shooter.

We had the Sisters of Charity as teachers. Not a Polish school as my father was Irish but I did live close to a Polish neighborhood.

I'm also 2nd generation American from my Polish mother and went 12 years to a catholic school. Some of the nuns are still remembered fondly by this old guy in spite of the rulers and pinches. I'm a new member here and glad to join you. P.S. I went to my 50th Highschool reunion last year and 42 of us...
