They make nice pistols - and pricey.
Bullseye's response is spot on.
FWIW - I have a Pardini Free pistol. It's an old gun now but still marvelously accurate with a trigger that, at 2 ounces, has to be used to be believed.

?
I am trying to figure that one out myself. What do you think is the difference between your TF and RF strings?
During the strings, it seemed that the dot fell more steadily and acceptably in RF. And that, I guess, is the crux of it....I was accepting poorer shots during the TF strings.

double dip.
I had a hankering to try (again) a Volquartsen upper that I had sitting on the shelf. I got the old Ruger Mk.II out and made the swap. Put on a Truglo reflex sight and sighted the combo in using Federal 711s.
Then shot a gallery match.

One more week and, hopefully, this splint of my right wrist and hand will come off. I think that I will need at least a small amount of therapy as I cannot make a fist and movement out of the neutral position is limited at this point. Left handed shooting is on a plateau - steady 260+ for the NMC. I...

yep
With your left hand you should be seeing how critical that trigger pressure is because you have to concentrate much harder with the foreign (weak) hand than you would with your natural stance. That is exactly what is happening. I am trying to think always "trigger control" as the arc of movement of...

scope
Coach: I am thinking that, if you cannot see the dot in a red dot scope - turned up bright - then you are going to have the same difficulty seeing crosshairs. For outdoor use, a tube-type red dot, like an Ultradot, may be a better choice than a holo. "Finding the dot" is a common problem when using ...

another try
I am sure hoping that some of this left-handed practice transfers to my right hand when I am able to return to normal in a couple of weeks and can shoot righty again I just do not have the same fine control over my left hand.....though there are some moments of real stability, there are just too man...

Will I get to Carnegie Hall?
Practice. Practice. Practice. And, I suppose, patience.
Not so good today. Control over the left side shows some promise but there are these unaccountable jerks that I have to conquer.

Better
Still working on left handed shooting. I have at least another month. Shot a match outdoors the other day; it was bad. Tried using the High Standard.... Tried left, tried right (couldn't grip). Not fun. Went to my old Ruger - the only gun that I have a set of lefty grips for. It was better tonight ...

Thanks
Stork: Thanks. Hard to believe the kind of weather year that it has been for the middle of the country. Hope it clears to blue skies and dry land soon.
Pete
Weather - bad all over. We even had a tornado in Brooklyn, NY. Go figure.

Well....I figured that I might as well start, I've got six weeks to get better. Shooting lefthanded....it is almost like learning to shoot all over again. It ain't pretty.
