great
Clarence: My goal is to make master, service pistol badge and revolver badge. Sounds like a friend of mine, a fellow who shoots with me on our club team. He, too, is working on Master; he did pick up his distinguished badges last year. Rather than Skeet, he has developed an interest in HP Service ri...

2700
Clarence: I am one of those guys stuck in expert class for the last couple years. Last couple of years? I've been stuck for longer than that. I shot my first 2700 in ten years a few months ago (see...I've let months go by. Used to shoot one or two a month.) Anyway....the score was abyssmal. I'm tryi...

More
Clarence: How did the whole 2700 go for you? The .22 NMC is nice. I suspect the rest is also. Today: SF - 89 TF - 98 3X RF - 94 2x NMC - 281 5X HS Victor, Falcon barrel, Ultradot. Ammo was some old steel cased Russian .22s, labeled "Junior", that I bought a case of years ago. It was some of the firs...

I thought that I'd try irons as a follow along to Plazashooter's last match.

guns
Plaza: I could have used your Rapid score. Very interesting that you should feel that way about the Ruger and the High Standard. I have both. No doubt that the H-S trigger is superior or that the H-Ss, in general, are "finer" guns. Most of these matches have had me shooting my Victor. This last matc...

Finally managed one out of the 270's. Maybe if I would stop screwing up the sustained fire stages, I'd get somewhere;

Fav?
I may just have a new favorite.....for hunting at least. Just picked up a model 59 Winchester. The thing only weighs 5 and 1/2 Lbs. Easy to carry. Kinda whippy for Trap.

MECs
I have three of them - two 12s and a .410.
And a 650 in 20 ga.
Easy to use. Reliable to a fault.
