Yes, Ruger has a replacement rear blade that is square. At one time they would send it to you free, contact them and see.

I use to carry a 9mm and always thought it was border line. The reason I moved up to a 45acp. It's not a hot rod round but it throws almost twice the weight of the 9mm bullet. With a lot of knock down power.

Hakaman, The 45LC was all that was used for decades. A very proven round.

I'm still going to the range on a regular basis. Just shot 200 45acp, 200 9mm and 50 rounds of 22lr Tuesday.... When you can reload center fire for less than 1/2 of shelf price. And 22's around here are still in short supply. It's getting near time for me to reorder bullets. I have plenty of powder ...

That's scary bad when the range officer don't know when the range is clear.... Very lucky no one was hurt.

When I got my MKIII I had 1 mag out of the 2 that worked right. Comparing the 2 I found the one that did not feed good had narrow feed lips. Once I matched the other it helped greatly. I also did a mod to the mags to make the bullets release just a tad earlier. This made them run flawless on all typ...

If it's only used as a shim the crack will not hurt, the thickness will be the same. Now if it's a preload/thrust spacer it should be replaced, but it does not appear to be..

The strongest magnets I have found lately are the once used to park the heads in Hard Drives. These magnets are super strong and separating them can be chore. I have got in a habit of taking failed HD's apart for the magnets and platters. The platters make good targets. Then most all have fluid dyna...

Yes, done that a few time before. Springs have a tendency to launch parts to never never land if not contained. Rags and bags are your friend when dealing with them. I'm glad I have a diffuser over my florescent lights, or I would have had glass and hg vapor every where a couple of times. There has ...
