With all the trouble you have had, you could write a lengthy book on the troubles you have encountered. I could, but I doubt anyone would read it. Checking on CT laser grip adjustment problems, I found a video that shows how the inners are constructed. Knowing this, I backed off the elevation...

Very glad you have good news at last. I Googled several possibilities over several pages and couldn't find anything about resetting Crimson Trace except in their owner's manual, on page 5. It tells how to reset the screws and the sight spring, if that helps. If you don't have the manual but can do ...

Good to hear, you have been waiting a very long time. I hope this one is a winner...... Seems to be. Fired ~100 rounds this afternoon and no leading. Accurate, too. Using bipod it will put all 8 rounds that I can cover with a quarter at 25'. I do have a problem with my CT grip (LG411). I bought it ...

LGS called late yesterday to tell me my replacement LCR is in. I'll pick it up this AM and test it this afternoon. I hope this is a good one.

Still no replacement. Got a call from Ruger Monday and they told me that they had not received a copy of FFL from the dealer, yet (their copy had expired). Called dealer and they said it was sent two weeks prior. Dealer called Ruger rep that was handling my replacement and hopefully it was straighte...

My neighbor has a H&R handi rifle that started life as .357 mag & he has hogged it out to a .357 max chamber & that rifle is an absolute blast to shoot & its extremely accurate. I thought about picking one up & doing the same to it for a deer rifle for my daughter as he still has the reamers but if...

My oldest son, driving home late one night (recently) on a lonely country road, was harrassed by a car load of teenagers. They were racing up behind him, pulling alongside and generally making threatening gestures. He just set his LCR on the dash so they could see it and they took off, never to be s...

To me, it's all about the numbers. And not the numbers that designate the caliber or the numbers that relate to ballistics. In all my life (73 years), I've never had the need to draw or point a gun at anyone. No one I know has ever had the need to draw a gun on anyone (to my knowledge). There were a...

Looks like they are all in a 6" circle. So you did minute of paper plate, minute of 8.5 x 11 sheet = minute of center of mass. Looks good enough. With practice you ought to do tighter. Shooting in your basement with a bullet trap? I'd like to have one of those in my basement, if I had a basement. I...

Been practicing

Since I decided to carry a .22, I felt that speed and accuracy are very important. 3-4 or more rounds in the chest are going to hurt where one might not be enough. My goal is, empty the gun, on target from 20 feet as fast as I can pull the trigger. This video is where I am now. I can consistantly do...

I'll hope that this time you get a replacement like I did. Seems like the best solution. You have really been through it with your LCR. My only issue with Ruger now is that I've been waiting three weeks to be reimbursed for the FFL's fee that received it for me. I'll be happy if they just get this ...

Got it ready to go back to Ruger (again). Been trying to get through to get a RMA and shipping label, but they seem to be having trouble with phones. I wait...wait...wait, then get cut off.

I sent Ruger CS an "Online Form" message about the leading and cylinder gap. They promise a max. 3 days for a reply, but it took six days. And that reply said they would have a CS rep call me. Waited by the phone all day for a call that never came. Hopefully tomorrow (Monday, 8th). In the meantime, ...
