I used the American Eagle 158gr lead round nose for matches. Used an older lot for the long line which shot better than the newer lot that I got, used the newe...

Thanks Bullseye;

It was a great 4 days of shooting.

I am at 24pts in pistol, but I need a hard leg to leg out.

Hermit,I had read about what happened to you in my research. A chain fire does not sound like fun at all. They say that if you use a wad between the powder and ball and the ball fits tight enough that when you press it into the cylinder it shaves off a ring of lead, which mine does, then you are goo...

Well, this is my M41 with a Clark custom 6.5" barrel. Installed Herrett grips, which feel a lot better than the factory ones(less slippage in the hands with all the checkering). I do have a strip of skate board tape on the front and back also. Replaced the 4 dot match dot with the Aimpoint Micro H-1...

Stork; I love it when in competition other shooters are firing their $2K air pistols while I am firing my $325. Izzy They generally beat me by about 10-15 points. Mainly because they have been doing it at lot more cause I focus on BE and just dabble in Olympic stuff. I have only shot air pistol 3 ti...

Anyone dabble in the Olympic shooting sports ?

I have a TOZ that I shoot 50 meter Free Pistol and an Izzy for 10 meter air pistol.

A little different than BE but basically the same.
Iron sights only.

My personal bests are 492 in Free Pistol and 548 in air pistol.
