I think maybe I need to have a good gun smith look it over, when I took out the sear and hammer and looked at it with magnification it had spur on sear secondary cut that look like it was not wearing all the way across I honed the spur off and tried a...

I don't have gauge to check weight of pull but was thinking that the trigger was a little lighter than I would like it to be. I might try to do that and see if it will fix the problem.
I may need to get a trigger weight gauge check all my bullseye guns

Hi, Bullseye
if I buy a sear spring, mainspring, hammer and sear is there any fitting that would have to be done or would stock parts work by just replacing ?

I will take it apart to night and look for any thing that looks damaged.

thanks

model 41 over travel

I have increased trigger pull and now some times when trying to get that first round off the trigger will not pull till I let off then pull again, I was wandering
if that increased trigger pull weight would cause over travel to have to be adjusted. or is there something else going on ? :?:
