it was not $,$$$$.$$ was only 7$$.$$ must have been a sale
went to range and tryed some 180gr RNFP with 4.8gr WW231
did not burn all of powder
I could keep them all in 6 inch bull at 10 yards
think I might try some Tightgroup powder to see if it will burn cleaner

I reload and was wanting just one practice load that would work in all my 45’s a nice light target load I though it might be shape of bullet so I got some 200gr round nose and kept adding powder till the gun quit jamming guess I will stick with that for awhile.
Thank for info

I have a new XD45 and when I try to shoot my 185gr target load that works great in my Colt series 70 they jam every time. Do you think it will
ever get to point where it feed 185gr ok or will a have to stick to round nose for this gun.

thanks for info
Jambing occurs often when the guide rails are too tight. They only need to be finger tight. Also make sure there's no burrs on the feed areas of your mag.
Your manual addresses the rail issue.

I might need to get a small torque driver to put those set screws back in with !!!
