I bought one back in 81 when I was in Germany after I had less than good experiences with S&W semi-autos. I put a lot of rounds thru it and never had a malfunction. Sadly I later sold it to a friend of mine who "worked behind the fence" at Bragg in a moment of stupidity

I have to agree, I bought one @ $99 as a "shooter" and the only problem I ever had was when I dinged the lip of one of the magazines. It is a blow back operation pistol and susceptible to "limp wristing" esp. by lefties like my son

They moved the 10th group to Colorado because the environmental wienies in New England hounded them and when they moved they found the green wienies already there in their way. Didn't the Swedes use wood bullets?

As you said it all comes down to what feels "right" and what "works". I've had wood and plastic and "synthetics" and have one that actually has a piece of bicycle tire inner tube on it (the Hogue slip on just didn't feel right).
