I'm getting the itch for a 9MM and I'm liking the SR9. I really have to hit the gun store and see how it feels and what they're going for pricewise. I picked up a copy of "Combat Handguns" magazine and they have a review of the SR9. The reviewer liked the pistol and said it was a step up from Ruger'...

Darn! I was just at Cabella's yesterday and I forgot to look for a nylon brush! I guess I'll just order one as my local Wal-Mart only stocks brass.

My wife and I went the Cabella's store yesterday. I couldn't find a decent bag...which was pretty surprising. They had a few hard cases, but no range bags. I saw a few clay shooting bags, but they weren't what I was looking for. I was looking for something that could cary a pistol or two a few boxes...

I read in the Wall Street Journal last week that the taxes the state governments are imposing on the far west and far east states are causing many people to leave. I know it's an issue we deal with here in CT.

Welcome Frank! I have a 2003 WJ Laredo myself. I've only taken it offroad once, but I saw how much fun that can be!

Great suggestions guys! 8)

I just checked out the Rimfire Sports page. They have a 22/45 mag listed. It doesn't say if it's for the MKIII or MKII. Does it matter? Will it fit my MKIII?

MKII and MKIII mags

Where do you guys get your spare mags? A buddy of mine is picking up a MKII and wants to get some additional magazines. We figured we'd combine our order since I want to have a few extra as well. Any good places online?

Range bags

What do you guys use for a range bag? The last few trips, I've been using my gym back. While it's better than nothing, it's certainly not "ideal". At the plate shoot last week, I saw a few guys who had range bags that had small pistol bags. They would use those to bring their pistols up to the...
