That is a great idea putting all three of them together with the differences pointed out. Funny how as many of these Ruger pistols I have looked at, I never noticed the lack of a scalloped area at the end of the receiver on the Mark 1.

Jeez
I'm absolutely amazed. I've had this computer for several years and didn't even know that Paint existed on it.
Thanks Bullseye

Bullseye, how do you do that?
Bullseye,
I've seen a number of photos that you have posted, where you have added arrows to indicate certain areas of the photo you wish to call attention too. I'm curious how you go about adding those arrows?
Thanks in advance

Back when
Back when I first started reloading (25 years or so ago), I did it for the cost savings. Still do, but it was actually my younger brother who got me started. He had come to town to visit for a few days and asked if I wanted to go to the range. I told him I needed to stop by and buy a box of .44 magn...

What now?
So now that the domain name has been lost and the site has been hacked, does Rook have any plans for the creation of something new to replace the old site?
I would love to see the person responsible for causing this mess locked up for about 10 years or so. It's just plain senseless.

Rook
I wonder if you have considered (or possibly have) filing a complaint with the FBI. I took a look at their website and it appears they would investigate the incident that has caused you, and all of us who enjoy Mark ii, much grief.
Just a thought

Thanks
Thanks Bear and Bullseye, I appreciate the response to my problem and thanks to Bullseye, I figured out what was going on. In the dark confines of the pistol's frame, I managed to get the spring incorrectly installed. Once I fixed this little gremlin, it works like I expect a Ruger Mark II to work. ...

Volquartsen sear
I have a Mark II bull barrelled target pistol. I installed a Volquartsen sear and the reduction in trigger pull weight is very nice, however, now I get a failure to recock, on average about once or twice per magazine load. I have tried different brands of ammo and different magazines, but still this...
