Been following the "Postal Match" thread, thought I'd try my hand at Bullseye style shooting.
Saying that I suck is sorta like calling Mount Everest a hill...
I have several hours every day at work with nothing much to do, and a whole safe full of 92F's. I'm thinking I'll start by spending at least a little time every day strengthening my left arm...
An empty weapon is just a very expensive hammer.

Go ahead and get in the game. Don't worry about how you stack against others who've got some experience, that's how you get some. We'll try and help you improve as you go along.

I'm pretty sure my scores will be dismal shooting one-handed … do you accomplished one-handers do grip exercises or other non-shooting stuff for steady hands?

Yes, I use hand grips and wrist rollers to help strengthen my muscles and to prevent trembling due to fatigue.
