In addition to saving $3 on mags, I noticed that Hogue wraparound grips are $2 off the regular price, and the VQ Exact edge extractor is about a buck less than their normal price.

my experience with Midway-shipping is to save-up your purchases,
then you'll notice (excluding some exotic size/type item), your
shipping cost via UPS-dirt stays about the same, regardless of
the number of items or their cost...

Ya got the right idea there Tex, that's what us Northerners do all the tim. If you just order one thing the shipping will kill you.. Ya don't usually go to the Super and get just one can of soup do you?

reminds me of the 100yr-old in the "home",
they had a celebration for him. when he returned to his room,
there was a beautiful young lady waiting, barely dressed...
He asked: "Who are you?"

Toy at my age I would think a little and most likely do the same thing, at least I am pretty sure the Soup will not kill me, the other or Ma might though.How's the weather out West, back here we had less than no temperature early this morning.

I do have a jacket in the truck, just in case...
we did not make it to 60F... but only the mid-50s.

My youngest was complaining about the frigid 23°F tonight. Reminded her that she certainly has gotten soft since she left Meechigan. Just think, your cold snap will soon be over...about mid-April or early May.

23F would not be that all bad, right now it is a balmy PLUS 5. Your predictions are a little early, more like mid June, sure do miss getting out to the range for a shooting session like we had last summer.

We will have to do that again. I enjoyed it.

I may be the one complaining about cold tomorrow. Think my new heating system just decided to die. We'll see how close to 14 it gets inside tonight.

Hopefully you got that system back up on line, otherwise break out the heavy blankets and sleeping bags. Don't turn into a popsicle tonight.

Blankets aren't a problem, we are knee deep in those. The fun part is getting the attention of the service company on the coldest day of the year and then doing the warranty or not dance; trying to figure out which box we put the Nanook of Michigan gear in 8 years ago and trying to remember where we put the space heaters we bought for #4's science fair project 6 years ago. 7°F on the back porch and only a 15°F drop inside so far, this barn is better insulated than I thought.

My plans had me outside most of the day, but I guess the part about seeing how many other fools would be at the range will be delayed.
