Help for my eyes !

I have been trying something new lately, and it seems to be working. I have a pair of reader shooting glasses
that I normally wear, but tilting my head upwards during firing, so that the reader portion allows me to focus
the front sight, is uncomfortable. I purchased some clip on readers that I put on my shooting glasses that allow
me to focus in the front sight perfectly, while not having to tilt my head upwards, and allowing me to see the
target pretty clearly @ 50 feet. Here's webstite to the product:

Here's a few photos of my set up:

Hmm. I just bought some glasses with amber lense and no bifocal correction for shooting.
The readers might be a good addition.

And they're stylish too! Do they come with a pocket protector and a slide rule?

All kidding aside, that looks like a good workable solution to the problem of craning your neck to see the sights. I could see this helping folks with Bi/Tri-focal lenses.

Actually, they aren't the most stylish glasses in the world, but it did help my shooting.
I didn't know what it was like to have a front sight in focus, it helped my shooting.
I suppose I can sacrifice the "macho" look for better scores.

Just pull them out with a smug, knowing smile of superiority. If asked, just say special adjustments for score improvements. After all, anything that helps shooting both physically and mentally is probably worth trying. That's why I have the extra pair of glasses for shooting. Also, I've seen some of the glasses the really serious target shooters use and read about even odder: taped lenses, cut outs, even stuff that looks like jeweler's loups. Yours certainly won't look any odder than that.

Or maybe the best compilation

Then, when we give up on that, we go to red dots and scopes.

I've been using the weakest readers I can find for a number of years now, when shooting. It's sort of magic...lol

Funny ! No, but they do come with holes in the target's bullseye!

The reason I use the clip on is because I can put them over safety glass, which of course protects the eyes.

Maybe we could get the big Greener to do that, he will try anything if he thinks it will work
