Too bad you don't remember the real 2-gun cowboys, like Roy Rogers.

But this has me all fired up, so the next time I go to the range, this will be me

It might be hard to tell how good you do. Do they even print eight foot wide targets? Maybe with a one foot bull? ........

Not really that hard it is just a point and shoot situation, much as you would encounter in ans S/D situation. We used a silhouette target at the old indoor range and the target carrier was programmable to do ope, close move and repeat programs at varying distances, usually 30 feet and less. Image That was shot with the Micro, target stopped 6 times for 2 seconds with a mag change and UI was not fast enough to get all 12 shots off.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.

Outdoor range with a big dry dirt hill for the backstop and a dinger for the target.
Dust-puffs reveal misses, "bing!" declares a hit.

That would be all kinds of fun.

It is!
And I have a new steel kitty-cat target, to supplement my Goodwill pots/pans scrounging.

"Last Man Standing" was on Encore last night. I've got it on disc, but watched it again. I had forgotten one scene where he's loading mags, with at least two dozen on the table. That would be necessary for his style of shooting.

At the end he's killed the last gang member, and you get the impression he just gets in his Model A and leaves. When the gangs had thousands in cash back in town? Idiot! But, this is only a movie.
