I saw one of these 10/22's at a gun show recently and had a very hard time walking away from it.

I really like the fit and feel of the adjustable synthetic stock. I must have picked it up and played with it half a dozen times as I cycled around the show floor. I bet the seller thought he had me hooked, but some how I managed to resist buying it.

Ah, Die Lorelei sings!...

Plug up thine ears lest ye be bewitiched by the Siren's enchanting song and thy strong resolve cometh to naught...

Sayeth thou, "Get thee behind me!!!"

That's good to know on the Fajen stock - I'll have to keep an eye out and see what they go for on special.

That rifle was a packaged deal from Ruger. It was marked $439 on the box. That particular one had a blued heavy barrel. Pretty rifle, fit nice, I probably would have picked it up but I haven't really convinced myself I need another .22 rifle, especially a 10/22.

Nice thing about that is that we are probably all BIG enough to be KEEPERS. or maybe even TROPHIES.
You have great day and shoot straight and may the Good Lord smile on you.
