Adjustable rear sights-Ruger MKII Standard Barrel

MMC and Pachmeyer used to make adjustable rear sights that fit on a Ruger MKII with a standard barrel. The front sight did not have to be changed. I don't think either one is now available. I was wondering if anyone had tried these and how good they were? PSI has them for about $65.00 and postage. I think these are the same ones that used to be sold under the Mec Gar brand and Natchez Shooter Supply used to carry them.
