My favorite gun and tackle shop had one and I found that will power beat won't power.

Seemed to take anything I fired pretty well. Rumor was they needed HV ammo. I had a couple of "I don't want to feeds" with CCI SV, but nothing significant. Feels like shooting a lighter 1911.

First target at 15 yards was ok. We should do better.

Interesting, picassa didn't want to put images in.

Looks pretty good for a standard conversion unit.

Looks like its working for you. The 22 conversion kits are great for practice, 22's are a whole lot cheaper than 45's. I have read several reports of some not functioning properly. It came down to being a lube problem, using grease instead of oil on the slide.

If I had read the manual that came with it, I might have read Kimber's suggestion that it needed good oiling. But I'm not admitting to reading any instructions.

I had it oiled pretty good and had no real problems.

I know I wouldn't mind having one. Good luck with yours Greener. :)
