I put one of their comps on my MK-III and the sight would not hold. When they called me I said I wished I had got the one without the sight. The gentleman I was talking to said my comp would be in the mail.

So a couple days later the comp arrives and when I open it up, it is a brand new one without the sight. Now that's double grade A service. Thanks Volquartsen Custom. They'll be the first I call from now on. :D

I had a VQ trigger I was having problems with and sent them a e mail describing the issue. They replied with, send your trigger in and we will replace it free of charge. I was surprised that they would tell me they would replace it without even looking at my trigger, I am very pleased with Volquartsen's service.

After I got my stainless trigger version of the accuracy kit, I emailed them about buying a set of the trigger adjustment screws, as spares. They emailed back for my address, and sent me two sets of the screws no charge. Class act.
* 2 Ruger Bearcat stainless, w/ EWK ejector housings & Wolff springs
* Ruger SP-101 .22LR, w/ Wolff springs
* 2 NAA Guardian .32ACP
* 3 Zastava M70 .32ACP
* S&W 15-22 Sport (.22LR AR)
* 2 Ruger SR22 .22LR pistols

I have nothing but good things to say about Volquartsen.
