My VQ sear and extended mag release arrived today, so tonight I took down the MK II for the first time and installed them along with an extended bolt release, cleaned up the accumulated crud and adjusted the over travel screw. The overall effect is greatly improved over the stock trigger. I have a Marvel trigger and Clark hammer pin and bushings on order. I will go back in there and install them when the arrive and see how much that improves things.
The take down procedures were great. Thanks.

Put the Clark hammer pin and bushing in. Really took out all the slack from the hammer. May have actually made the trigger pull worse. I may need to put the VQ hammer in as well.

How did the Clark parts make the trigger worse? Does it bind??
Breaking in, light lube, or polishing if its tight. Not removeing metal mind you, just a light burnish.
