Factory front sight installation for MKII 22/45

Is there anything special I need to know, I ordered a factory sight for my slabside, I ordered it from Numrich, got this pistol used and it came with no front or rear sight.

I bought a Ramline adjustable rear sight from a member on MKIII.org , I already put that on the pistol, I am hoping it is ok for me to use theRamline with the factory front sight.

The Ramline set came with front sight blades, but I think I need a part to mount/screw to the bbl in order to screw the blades to the pistol, so I said screw it and just bought a new front sight.

Anything I need to know?

Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with Ramline sights, perhaps one of our other members can assist with your question.

Numrich ships QUICK! I got the front sight installed and its lining up good with the Ramline rear sight.
