I do not like the 10/22 stock. I find it uncomfortable. Thought that if I changed stocks, I might as well change barrels, or look for one sort of put together and get a "tactical" stock for the carbine.
I wanted a laminated wood stock and not a conmposite for the rigidity. Liked the Tundra bedause the forearm shape lensd itself well to shooting from a rest. Revolution has more of a selection of left hand stocks than any other company. Most all of their stocks are available in bull or sportewr barrel channnel, righ or left hand and several diff=erent color combos in the laminate. Stock quality and price are good from Stocky's and the serice was great.

Just can't leave things alone, so I got a Revolution Trailblazer LH sporter barrel stock in American and a Green Mountain 20 inch blued and fluted sporter barrel and put the 4 digit carbine action with them and we built another shooter with our washer and foam bedding. Got the barrel on the23rd of June and installed it and shot maybe a hundred rounds through it on the 24th, well it shot well and the barrel shoul be broken in by now. Went out yesterday and my ammo can in the car was pretty low had 50 Blazer and 30 SKStd+, and these are the results, shot the Blazers first then the SK. will send some pics later

Nice targets and another nice 10/22.

Even SWMBO approves of your work. At least that's what I believe "Yeah, right", a sigh, and an eye roll means when I show her your 10/22's and targets.

Good looking mod and results!

Pretty rifle! The cheek rest is on the wrong side for me. :D Looks like it hits them in the middle.

Used to be the wrong side for me too, but now it is the proper, can't say right side. Abouyt 10 years ago started having some vision problems, had cataract surgery about 20 years ago na my eyesight was great, better than when I was you. Started to see a distortion in straight lines and it tunrbed out to be some blood vessels in the retina leaking and causing a blur in the right eye ysl slightly right of center and nothing could be done about it. Akk of a sudden one day I reealized IO had become left eye dominant and had to teach myself to shoot left handed, and it took some time. Can shoot a shotgun either side but not as good as I uaed too. rifles left and pistols right or left or both sides at once, takes a little head bobbing but it can be done.

Thanks Hak, the plies worked out just great to make it a really good looking stock. Yea, the color is All American, if this wasn't a great country why would everyone want to come and live here?

Got to admit BAOM, it does look look pretty patriotic as was mentioned. With targets like that you must have had Bear pulling the trigger or doing the sighting, or both! TB
Work is for people who don't hunt, plink or fish. Now that I am retired, I hunt, plink and fish. Life is good.

Both, he has better control, in people years he is younger than me, but convert him to dog years and we were the same age this year. Them GM barrels and my simple bedding method does work. The bull GM barrel shoots Blazer almost as well as the SK+.
