As you can see, you just got to play and take them apart to really appreciate all the features of your Ruger 22 Autopistol. After a few tear downs and re-assemblies you will have gained the confidence to make all kinds of upgrades. Perhaps you'll even help others not quite as knowledgeable as yourself through the task a time or two.

Thanks
I believe that I have already made all the upgrades possible (including external ones, wooden 1911 grips with thumb-rest and the underlying rubber finger grooves, fibre-optic front and (I believe) Williams rear-sights

Two "improvements" I didn't do:
I like the LCI so I kept it.
And I don't mind not having the slingshot mode for releasing the bolt.

I will certainly try to help others, if I can, but you flatter me, Sir. Any explanation I give will be plagiarized from your instructions. :-) from, possibly, the point of view of a fumbling tyro.

Now, I need to get me an image like your animated target with all shots
in the 10 and X rings, but mine would have scores in the 5 and six rings (if I'm lucky) with the occasional X-ring; usually the very first shot. After which one wants to call it a day. I could safely and truthfully say, "100% of my shots were in the X ring."

I finally shot it today after all the installs.
Unfortunately, it was an ISSF session and I, therefore,
had to follow the tempo of 5 shots in each of
2x150 secs,
2x20 secs
2x10 secs
then
2x5 min
then 5 in 2 x 7secs away 3secs facing
repeat

I may have the opportunity next weekend to get a range
to myself where I can sight it in.

BUt Oh! What a difference the VQ parts made.
Sweet and crisp trigger.

Thank you Bullseye

Now, at last, I know what to do if I empty the pistols guts in a scramble
on my table-top and possibly give the innards a good cleaning.

I guess that a lot of gunsmiths must hate you, Bullseye, driving business
away from them. But some of us are gaining a wealth of info (and confidence.)

I don't know about gunsmiths in Canada but here in the states there's plenty of work to go around. Your Chief Provincial Officer may not be unhappy either since it reduces his ATT paperwork. Have fun with that gun!
