First order, they sent the wrong 14# hammer spring. I re-ordered an assortment, and they sent that free. I just got it in the mail. The 14# in the re-order is still the wrong spring in the right package. Apparently someone doesn't want me using a 14#.....

I've installed a 13# hammer spring and the 8# trigger spring. That cut the hammer pull by maybe half, and the trigger pulls by a third. I'm getting good pin impressions on empty brass, so I think the 13# spring will be a keeper.

That's an 18% reduction from the 16# factory spring. My Bearcat hammer springs went from 22# to 18# with Wolff springs, which is also 18% less, and they do fine. It's amazing how much of a drop in action effort that can cause.

Have to wait until Saturday to see how it shoots........

It reduces stress and wear on internal parts as well. I'm glad you got them in.

I haven't done so in years, but I used to specialize in working on revolvers. There is something especially satisfying about working on a fine revolver, making it function properly.

I've never been much of a semi-auto fan. I like the mechanical movement, the clicks and ticks of revolvers.

I am a big fan of Wolff springs. If you have any revolver, even if you think it's fine, Wolff springs will likely make it better.
