I am trying to figure that one out myself. What do you think is the difference between your TF and RF strings?
I'm more inclined to believe that active thinking is more of a root cause. There's more time during TF and conscious thought is attempting to make those shots even better. In RF, you're not really thinking about aiming and your natural technique is taking over without active thought and those shots are more clustered around the middle. The dot tends to settle better when technique dictates the string vice aiming the shots. Just some food for thought.Pete D. wrote:I am trying to figure that one out myself.
During the strings, it seemed that the dot fell more steadily and acceptably in RF. And that, I guess, is the crux of it....I was accepting poorer shots during the TF strings.
