November 2012 scores here

Post by Pete D. » Mon Nov 05, 2012 6:24 pm

So....surprised I was when I came to this forum to post some scores.
No scores posted since June....what? No one shooting?
Alas, I have been shooting but, until today, not well. Just not applying myself.
But....You guys.....seems like you always have good scores...and none posted in months.
I have shot six gallery matches from mid Sept. til now....not good....barely Sharpshooter average. Trying to shoot with irons was harder than I remember.
Seems like I have to get angry with myself to initiate change.
Shot two galleries tonight that I am not ashamed to share.
#1 - SF 87
TF 96 4X
RF 93 2X
NMC 276 6X

#2 - SF 91
TF 98 4X
RF 98 4X
NMC 287 8X

good to hear you weatherd Sandy just fine, Pete! your scores are nothing to be ashamed at, you are trying to shot it the hard way with iron sights...

I haven't posted any score because I haven't shot any conventional pistol lately, I was tempted to enter the Michigan Police Shoot this fall but had some schedualing conflicts..... maybe next year!

Ha. I should have written that those last two scores were done with my standard Bullseye gun and a red dot, not with irons.
