Kimber Ultra Carry II

Had an opportunity to fire an Ultra Carry this afternoon. Very nice pistol. Trigger on this one was about 3lbs. Shot about 2" high at 15 yards with a 2" group. It was shooting a tad high for the owner. Bit pricey, but a nice carry.

Got a buddy who has one and he loves it they are fantastic little shooters.

I kind of like the prices of the springfield Micro Compact better, a buddy of mine got one before he moved to AZ (got a job with the Highway patrol out there) and they are quite nice for the $$.

My wife carries a Ultra CDP II in .45ACP. She is very good with that little pistol and it has never failed to fire or eject yet. I have run everything through it from my wimp target loads to full self defense ammo. She has about 3,000rds through it and I have changed the recoil spring twice. She got it used off a traders table 2yrs ago for $600.00.
