Very nice gun..... not many 22lr revolvers better that it.

S&W .22 Six

Post by Coach1 » Sat Apr 16, 2011 1:45 pm

Haka,
I like the look of that revolver. Of course, S&W revolver quality is top notch. The SA/DA and satin stainless are especially nice. The reviews are all 5 Stars. I know Bud's generally has good prices.. but the listed retail seems on the pricey side to me. But then, I am notoriously tight with a buck.

Keep us all informed...

I've fired one and it was a pleasure to shoot. I think you'd enjoy it.

Coach1: Looks like you had some weather excitement this afternoon. Hope it missed you.

I used to have a 4" M617 that was the older Pre MIM 100% Forged model with the 6 shot cylinder..
Wish I still had it.. It was deadly accurate & worked like a charm..
I only sold it because I needed the money..
They've doubled in price since I had mine as 22lr ammo is cheaper to shoot & a good 22 is a great thing to have..

Thanks for asking

Greener.. Thanks for asking. We did have some very bad weather roll through our part of NC on Saturday. We came through it very well. We count ourselves very fortunate. Reports are that a dozen people died in the storms.

Sunday was absolutely beautiful by contrast.

I put one on order from Bud's. It's the first time ordering online. I think i'm going to make room for it by selling another handgun. I'm not sure which, I like all of the guns I have? They all have their niche.

Don't sell a gun Haka as you will regret that. Sell your snow blower or something, heck winters over up there now isn't it.?

I don't want to, but I'll have to see. Like I mentioned, each one serves a unique purpose.
