That is an interesting story. I am going off of memory here. The cab driver's lost all there pleas. If they refuse to carry any passengers they loss there cab license. The Target employees did get moved to other sections of the stores. If they refused to do there job they got fired. The whole cot (sp?) thing. Minnesota is treating it like any other dru.g, jail time.
