Mark Kelly, Gabby Gifford's husband, is photographed buying an AR and 1911. When questioned, his gun control group spokesman said he was going to turn in the AR to the police department. They are pushing banning firearms based on lethality. I guess .45ACP isn't lethal.

Elitists always want to restrict your freedoms but think they should be above the "common" folks when it comes to their freedoms. I guess Mark decided not to take Joe's advice on the double barrel shotgun.

Somebody took Joes advice and got arrested, in most cities it is against the law to discharege any firearm,

The first question on the yellow sheet is whether you are buying the gun for yourself.

If not - you are not allowed to make the purchase.

If it's for you, that's OK.

If you lie about it, that's a federal offense.

It will be interesting to see how that all pans out for the lib-tard astro-naught.

Bet he gets a pass.... Laws are just for the little people.

It appears that Mr. Kelly testified on gun control and the evils of assault rifles the day before buying one and the 1911.

and he planned all along to hand it over to the police. Is that a straw purchase?

Don't think I'd buy a used car from this guy.
