Since everyone here is too busy to write, I thought I'd post some nice reading. By a Norwegian who has it bad for U.S. cars. Found this on another forum:

Nice Continentals. My most costly diecast model is of a 1937 Zephyr, the forerunner of the Continental. Looked nearly identical, except the trunk lid was curved from the rear glass down to the bumper. No back seat in the Zephyr, the trunk looked big enough for a couple to sleep in. IIRC, Edsel Ford designed both cars.

Those big Lincoln V-12s only put out about 90 horsepower, but really ran smooth. I've seen both of these cars at local shows.
